Address & Directions

Our Health Centre is at the corner of Park Road and Church Street, just NE of Yonge and Bloor.  We are on the first floor of a beautiful Victorian brick house.  Look for the red staircase.

Subway: We are a short walk from the Bloor Yonge subway.  Exit Bloor Street north side and look for the sign “To Park Road” (left out of the subway).  Walk towards the food court and turn left walking through the food court.  There is an exit door at the back that takes you to Asquith Avenue.  We are directly on the other side of Rabba Foods.

Parking: We have two parking spots perpendicular to one another behind our building for your convenience.
